The most awaited event for our students each year is the election of leaders which takes place through the secret ballot and eventually by the declaration of the results. This striking event culminates with the grand investiture ceremony.

The pleasant morning of February 11, 2023, witnessed the event this year. Fr. Simon Fernandis, chairman of Holy Cross Educational Foundation graced the occasion as chief guest. The school also felicitated the parents of the student cabinet to witness their children swearing in as leaders of the school.

The stage was all set for the investiture ceremony. The students stood in a row upholding the colourful flags of their capacities with valour and dignity. The chief guest and the principal officiated the oathtaking. The event ended on a note of positivity and willingness, the prefects promising to do their best.

This day also was significant as the teacher representatives of both the morning and noon shifts of the year 2022 were highly appreciated and honoured with a certificate and memento. On the same platform, the newly elected teacher representatives were introduced and welcomed. We also appreciated and awarded three of our staff members retiring this year.

With great power comes greater responsibility. All the leaders joined hands to uphold the legacy of this prestigious institution and keep the Holy Cross Flag flying high.
